BENDCARE TERMS OF USE
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Health officials and medical experts have recommended, among other things, that individuals engage in physical/social distancing from others. Attending and participating in this summit involves health and personal injury risk related to exposure to COVID-19, and I assume the risk of illness, injury, or death as a result of such access and participation.
In consideration of my access to and participation in Bendcare's Mission Possible Summit, I and all those in my party acknowledge and agree to the following criteria:
- Symptom check: If you or anyone in your party currently has or had any of the following symptoms in the last 24 hours, you will be refused entry to the meeting:
a. fever or feverish feeling
b. new-onset persistent cough
c. nasal congestion and runny nose
d. sore throat
e. gastrointestinal issues including nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea
f. shortness of breath/difficulty with breathing
g. recent loss of taste/smell - Do NOT shake hands.
- Practicing hand hygiene with hand sanitizer is required prior to entry into the ballroom/exhibit hall.
- Social distancing: Please utilize the social distancing floor decals as a guide to maintain a 6 ft. distance between other attendees.
- Face masks: Face masks are provided by Bendcare for all attendees and are highly encouraged to be worn throughout the ballroom/exhibit hall, break-out meeting rooms, and reception areas.
